Dead Lawyer Prompts Saddam Hunger Strike

FoxNews.com reports that one of the attorneys on Saddam Hussein's defense team was killed, prompting a hunger strike by him and his co-defendants. Seems to me this is could be a marvelous development. All the Iraqis have to do is say they're doing the best they can to protect the lawyers. That won't satisfy the protesters, of course, which means they'll have to continue their strike.

Obviously, civilization is returning to Iraq -- they're reading the Bard.
